EDIT: 4 years later and still having the same problems I can never get the app to stay online more than a few hours. Extremely frustratin When it works it's perfect. But that's hardly ever. I can never remotely view when away from my home. It worked for a short period of time. Then all of a sudden it continually kept saying "device offline." I've deleted and reinstalled the app 3 separate times. And wash time it kept doing the same thing. Only the time it was "connected" got shorter eacth time.

Can't get the cameras to connect most of the time, when they do, maybe half of them might work part time. Keeps exiting out on it's own. Always have to adjust cameras to work right between day and night. Overall, very disappointed with the whole system and app, especially after spending a considerable amount of money on what is supposed to be top of the line equipment. Please improve everything or pass it along to someone who can make it function properly.

I wasnt getting the push notifications initially which I got used to, but now the app just doesn't work. The cameras are offline or "connect close". Tried reinstalling, connecting to the wifi or ethernet and still nothing. I can see the cameras on my TV connected to the DVR, but this mobile app view refuses to work. Purchased originally in 2020 and now it is no longer working
