A really infuriating app that seems designed for iPhones only. The only app on my phone that when I press the back button on my phone (as opposed to the one in the app itself) it pings you out of the app altogether without any warning rather than going back a stage in the app. I'm being constantly pinged out of the app altogether and have to navigate back through the menus to get to where I was.

Hi Thanks for the feedback and I'm sorry the back button is causing you some frustration. As you spotted, tapping the big green button labelled 'Back' in the app itself takes you to the previous view. We will look to improve the native control in the next release. MMe team

Frustrating app which school insists on using. Push notifications don't happen AT ALL. Occasionally a '1' appears on the app icon but it turns out that there were not 1 but 6 unread messages & now many of these are now out of date. Despite setting notifications to ON many times over 3 years I've missed out on parents evenings & deadlines. Busy life does not lend itself to daily opening the app 'just in case' there's a new stealth message. Dislike no message back function. Email is more reliable.

I am having so many problems with this app. When I get messages from the school in the inbox I click on them and they won't open. I've shut it down, switched off and restarted my phone, nothing, and no easy way to report issues in the settings or help. I'll be asking the school for paper reports at this rate, very disappointed and miss what I had in place with the previous childcare setting..
