Not the bank you want to have if ever traveling and bless your heart, you experience any misfortune. Definitely the least convenient, most difficult financial institution to access if life ever gets too real. But their app itself works decent enough most of the time... As long as you're ok just giving money away all month without any explanation or insurance on it. Count your pennies homie<3

I was fine with this bank til I had a fraudulent charge on my account. Now everytime since then whenever a check got deposited it gets flagged as fraud. I closed out my account and will no longer deal with this bank. Very disappointed in this bank seeing that they are suppose to be a "CREDIT UNION". If I could I'd give ZERO stars

Very glitchy but a must have for mobile deposit . There are certain days of the month that it is nearly impossible to access your account but I've gotten used to that
