Capabilities include: requesting and cancelling appointments, review prescriptions and request refills through the automated CN Refill Center in Poteau, view details of Choctaw Referred Care referrals and much more!
At present, appointment scheduling is limited to those clinics that have been trained on the new system. Please be patient, as staff is trained, more locations will be made available.

***UPDATE*** I found out a way to get the App to work. go to settings and into apps in your phone find the cnhsa app I had to CLEAR CACHE and I cleared data also force stop the app. I logged back into it and I denied the app access to my Calendar. Somehow it hasn't crashed yet.***** 3 stars cause yay it works now I can't even get into the app. every time I log in it connects to server and all that then brings up my info for a split second and crashes. just disappears. did the same on my iPhone

This app is helpful. But in it you can rate you appointments experience afterwards. If it isn't a good star rating when you go send it every time its "we're sorry we've encounter a problem" and this is after you've went to the trouble of explaining your star rating. App keeps crashing

So easy to use to make appts and get tests scheduled. It is a life saver for medications refills. I can see what has been filled recently and what was filled two weeks ago. Very helpful during busy lives to have these tools at our disposal. You can get your test results and with some help from the staff or even Google you can find some answers
