Seems to work better with Apple phones than Android. It has more difficulty connecting with my MotoG7 than my old Apple iPhone8. The Bluetooth signal seems to drop more frequently on the Android, don't know if it's the phone or the processor. Works more seemlessly with the Apple. And, it doesn't connect to the phone ring or volume so now I can't talk on my phone because I can't hear anyone!!! Can't return the phone. Thanks a lot for nothing. Can't afford an Apple.

Following most recent update to 1.0.7 the app no longer pairs with my hearing device. It simply goes straight to troubleshooting and never discovers the device. Prior to the latest update it worked fine. Since I cannot pair, I cannot adjust the volume on my device, so everything is too loud, and I get lots of feedback through the aid. Note, before the update the app would turn bluetooth on, if it was off, and then pair. Since the update it appears not to recognise whether bluetooth is on or off.

Has previously worked ok but today the app won't pair with either or android or iphone and it's stuck on troubleshooting mode. I unpaired the device for a reset and now it won't pair at all. Fortunately I do have sound albeit a lot louder than my usual level. I hope this is a temporary problem because I'm due to have a second baha fit in a few weeks and I will have a permanent headache due to being unable to adjust the volume.
