I'd love the app when it normally works but any time my phone updates to a newer version of software is the app will not work it's not compatible again and this is how I pay my electric bill every month so please fix it. but if it was working like it is supposed to I would give it five stars

The app immediately crashed. It's not up to date with anything. The company doesn't provide any information whatsoever. Their hours aren't posted anywhere. Their addresses aren't posted anywhere. Not super happy right now.

The power outages are crazy. A minimum of three per week. Really good on all appliances.
