Use the Colleague application to find in a few seconds a domiciliary, a replacement for the hearing or a colleague who can perform registry activities in one of the Italian Judicial Offices.

DOMICILIATION
Receive a domiciliation even if you do not have a studio in the municipality where the Judicial Office is located, the Collega APP will automatically send you all the searches concerning the jurisdiction of your Judicial Forum.

You can use the application to search for Colleagues throughout Italy, to manage the activities of Domiciliary, Substitute in Hearing and Stationery activities through Practitioners or Lawyers. It will be sufficient to enter the information you deem essential to ensure that Colleagues have sufficient material to accept the requested activity.
You can immediately choose the remuneration for the requested activity, in order to receive suitable candidates for the proposed remuneration. You will receive applications from all the Lawyers or Practitioners who work at the Judicial Office indicated in the request.

REAL-TIME NOTIFICATIONS
Receive notifications from the application on your mobile phone the instant a domiciliation request is made or when a colleague responds to a search made by you, do not waste time, solve your problem in real time.

LEGAL AGENDA
To facilitate the management of the assignments received and the personal commitments of each Lawyer, Colleague makes a convenient Legal Agenda available to users, through which they can manage their Appointments, Fulfillments and Hearings.
You can easily start using the Legal Agenda without the complexities of a classic studio management system. You will not have to worry about creating personal data and censuses, but you can immediately start inserting events in the Agenda. You will be able to specify the most common details of the appointment and the case, such as Party, Counterparty, Judicial Office, Judge and NRG.

SYNCHRONIZATION WITH THE CALENDAR
Each event entered in the Legal Agenda will be automatically synchronized with your own Calendar on your mobile phone.

NOTIFICATIONS AND REMINDERS
Colleague will be with you during all the steps of searching for candidates and carrying out an assignment. You will receive updates via Push Notifications and Emails during each phase of the activity, to allow you to always take the right actions and not be penalized in the course of future searches.

NEWS FROM THE WEB
Colleague is always in the first place for attention to its users, and it is for this reason that it provides a convenient News section where you can consult the daily news shared by the most authoritative sector publications.

MINUTES OF HEARING
Create a Hearing Report directly from the application. You can share it privately with the Counterparty and with the Judge, and allow them to fill in even if they are not part of the Colleague.
Privacy and security are paramount for Colleague, and it is for this reason that access to the shared report will only be possible through a PIN that must be communicated directly to the Counterparty and to the Judge. All the reports created and the contents inserted will be deleted as soon as the system detects inactivity on them and in any case after 24 hours from their creation.
