Nice app, had the itinerary go out of order on one occasion but nothing bad. The most frustrating thing is even after downloading the itinerary and maps the app will not load unless you have a connection. This renders any use of these features pointless when out and about without an internet connection.

It's great because I have tour details, local weather & points of interest, map, and currency converter. Wish the tour updates would tell me what information is different. Use it all the time when at my destination.

Useless, missing information, wrong itinerary, maps don't work without internet like Google maps does, hotel missing from map. Poor customer service.
