BankCSB - CSB Simply Mobile

In the years I've had this app there have been many updates. When I first downloaded, it was a nightmare. I would have to change my password weekly because it wouldn't register, it wouldn't let me see my funds or my statements and it was just a headache. In the last few year it has cleaned up really well. Little to no downfalls aside from the standard outage once in a while due to maintenance or such.

The app never lets me login when I need to, because it has far too frequent down times. The service is the most unreliable I've used. Says it can't validate my information when I've used my thumbprint after it just told me print accepted! My password won't work either, so I'm left wondering if I should reset my password for the millionth time or anticipate a whole night to finally see my account – since they don't repair bugs promptly and I've seen this go on for days! Unusable system.

I was using this app with some success earlier this year. (It would lose checks i mobile deposited) App kept having problems so i reinstalled the app. Everytime i log in it asked for my number, i enter it, then once i hit submit, it kicks me out to the log in screen. Really frustrating as all i want from the app is my checking balance.
