About this game

Fill all squares so there are no more than two adjacent X's or O's in a row or column! Each puzzle consists of a grid containing X's and O's in various places. The object is to place X or O in remaining squares so there are no more than two consecutive X's or O's in a row or a column, the number of X's is the same as the number of O's in each row and each column, and all rows and all columns are unique.

Conceptis Tic-Tac-Logic is a single-player puzzle based on Tic-Tac-Toe, a pencil-and-paper game many of us used to enjoy as children. Using pure logic and requiring no math to solve, these addictive puzzles offer endless fun and intellectual entertainment to puzzle fans of all skills and ages.

The game features a ruler to help viewing and comparing rows or columns, counters to show how many X and O there are in each row and column, and pencilmarks to place temporary X or O when solving very hard puzzles.

To help see the puzzle progress, graphic previews in the puzzle list show the progress of all puzzles in a volume as they are being solved. A Gallery view option provides these previews in a larger format.

For more fun, Conceptis Tic-Tac-Logic includes a Weekly Bonus section providing an extra free puzzle each week.

Great game. 4 suggestions: change, or option, to make totals on left and top count down instead of up. 100% of the time, doing mental math to subtract those totals from 7,5,etc. They'll go negative if you mess up, but now they go above the total with no notification. 2: Option to include pencilmarks in the totals. 3: Option to place O with long tap vs. double tap. 4. For all games, same as others: dark mode would be big +++ & bring more play/$. Hope these suggestions can get on the queue...Thx!

Thank you for your feedback and suggestions. Dark Mode is already in process. We started releasing this in our iOS apps and will soon move on with the Android apps. As for the other suggestions, we added them to our list and will discuss when we make our next app feature improvements.

Installed this after competing a Kurosu in the paper, same idea and fairly enjoyable however unlike the Kurosu whereby you essentially can't go very wrong if you're methodical the app seems to rely a lot more on trial and error which detracts from the overall enjoyment of it. Leaving many squares left open to interpretation and simply having to begin filling until you find a problem and having to back track just doesn't feel rewarding. Unless of course I'm actually missing something here?

All steps in these puzzles can be done using logic alone. No guessing is necessary, and there is always one unique solution. In case you get stuck in a puzzle, or feel that you have to guess, please send us a screenshot to support@conceptispuzzles.com and we will guide you with the next step.

Poorly designed. I love tic tac logic games, but this one isn't good. Way too many of the puzzles don't build outward when you fill in squares, so they just end up relying on guessing and checking whether it's correct. If the puzzles were designed well, you would never need to guess, even on the hardest levels. The app called "tic tac toe logic" has way better puzzles.

Thank you for your review, but our game is different and includes a special rule: "All rows and all columns are unique". This rule, which does not exist in "Tic tac toe logic", makes the puzzles more interesting and in a wider range of difficulties. Please try solving the puzzles with the above rule, and you will see that no guessing is required.
