This APP is produced by Balance Studios, a 3x winner of “Best of Philly” and is Philadelphia’s premiere instructional source for Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, Muay Thai Kick Boxing and Yoga.
The studios are owned by the world renown Migliarese Brothers. The Miglirese family has been involved in the arts of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu and striking for over 25 years and is considered “extended family” of the Gracie family.
