This app is constantly broken and does not work properly. The "Yes" and "No" options auto click Yes, even when No is clearly highlighted, forcing you to pay in all at once. Auto pay seems to fail on me every month and makes me pay manually. Auto pay has been set up several different times and it still does not work. May as well just go down to the building main office to pay if they are even available during the times you are. ...

The app is archaic and lacks material design themes. it provides little to no information avout bills, the auto payment feature is awful. the fees are absurd. You cant change the date of the auto pay (it's when you sign up). So to use it correctly, you have to sign up on the first day of the month.

If you have 5 or 6 pending service requests (which you will, because "Conner" Group will ignore them, or won't close old ones), the app's UI won't let you create a new one. It tells you the "Phone Number is required". You look and see no Phone Number field. Then you find out that's because the Pending Requests list at the bottom pushes that field up above the page. And the app doesn't let you scroll up to fill it in. I literally can't submit any more service requests to this horrible company.
