Rio Metro Ticketing

App allows purchase of tickets, but the schedules are incorrect and have been for a very long time. Tried contacting the developer probably over a year ago and was told it couldn't be fixed, which makes no sense. After attempting to contact them again today, I found the email is no longer valid. Seems this app is not a priority to the Rio Metro team.

Terrible! The unnecessary "activation" process is deceiving. First they tell you that your purchase is good for three days and offer the required activation button. Then they just tell you that it will work for "certain time" but ommit to tell you that it is only about 2 hours and that you should only activate when you are about to take the train. So I activated the night before and my purchase became useless! And yes...they tell you it can not be cancelled, changed or refunded. Delete this app!

This would be an awsome app if only monthly tickets purchased wouldnt disappear from it. You should be able to log into this app from any device and find your ticket. I reset my log in info before I had to do a factory reset on my phone. when I downloaded the app again and logged in, my ticket was not there. It is good through Nov 15th. So beware people.
