Absolutely pathetic...since last 3 days cannot punch in at first attempt. Have to restart device at least twice. Cannot punch in offline mode. Now after the last update it keeps giving a message that app has stopped working

It has functional problems with most of its updates, now when i updated with latest update on ESS menu again its not working and crashes when i try to open.

Even after punching on the app, the system does not capture the attendance properly on the backend. The next day it shows up as attendance not marked which creates a wrong perception internally in the organisation.
