The map doesn't work. The location settings don't work. You have to know exactly the name of the road where you are, don't even try playing with the map cuz it just won't work. The taxi drivers cannot see where you are on their app, so useless as well. If you search for the name of a shop, the app cannot find it, only the exact address. You can't leave a ridereview. The other day I've been allocated the SLOWEST driver in town... Today was greeted by the rudest receptionist on the phone!🤷🏻‍♀️

I have been using this awhile. But my experience this morning was absolutely disgraceful. A very rude receptionist answered the phone regarding my query for a taxi that i booked thru the app. All she said was the taxi was at the top of my road,where i was already outside and no taxi was there!!! And arrogantly replied to me if you go outside your house, you will be able to see him and she already asked him to turn around, well obviously, he was waiting at the wrong house!!!

The app keeps asking for permission to my contacts and storage what is the point just need simple track and payment.. service is great quick and always polite but the glitches in app is quite annoying..
