The app it's intuitive and not so difficult to use, you can pay by card also. Issues: The cab was almost 20 min late, I ordered it the day before to make sure this wouldn't happen THE BIGGEST ISSUE: My card was charged TWICE (two days before I was charged again with no reason the same amount I have payed before) I wrote an email to the accounts assistant to get my money back because I didn't ordered anything (I uninstalled the app). Still waiting for a response, then I will change my review...

I was very pleased to find out that there was an app available. To me, that's a very big differentiator when choosing a taxi company. So I tried it and I am very happy with what I've experienced. The user journey is fairly similar to the other common app in the market.. there are a couple of things that I would still update, like the greyed out buttons as they look disabled being so grey.. but other than that I am happy. I'll have to keep using it to be able to give a more informed feedbac

The app is very very good, and finds your location. However, the service provided is questionable. I used the app to book an airport taxi an hour in advance, and no car arrived. A week later I tried again, giving 2 hours notice for an airport car. No car arrived again and I had to hurridly call another car company. So, whats the point of the app allowing you to pre book then?
