Total rubbish, I booked a taxi using this app, paid in advance, and then got a call telling me to cancel my booking.

I really like this company, but find the app isn't very user friendly. Doesn't recognise places like "King's Cross Station" not as intuitive as some. As I said, great company otherwise. Would just suggest phoning them instead of using this app.
