Work is very slow and many times server down Sometimes app is server down if I do transaction at that time transaction can't successful but money will debit from customer account we retailers face issue to communicates with some customers. I want to suggest the company if there's technical issues or server issue please give us pop up information in the app. We can avoid such issues

Error is occurs while uploading money into wallet. No response from bank end team. Raise request and also drop msg on WhatsApp but no mean at all. Not feeling well due to customers are complaining due to not doing his help.
