I used to love this app but for the last 6 months I have had to use the text message feature because it no longer allows me to see previous transactions and now I can't even get in the app at all. Will give a 5 again when it's fixed. Bring back my transactions in real time and let me in

Got my car and tried ordering online and instantly declined FOR NO REASON. And the customer service number is awful.

07/19/2021..PLEASE USE ANOTHER PAYROLL DEBIT CARD, AFTER BEINGA CUSTOMER FOR MORE THAN 8 YEARS THIS SERVICE CHARGES FOR SERVICES IT DOESN'T PROVIDE!! AND REFUSES TO NOTIFY IT'S CUSTOMERS ABOUT SERIOUS CHANGES IT MADE, LIKE YOU CAN NO LONGER USE THIS CARD ONLINE, AT AMAZON OR ANYOTHER PURCHASES. WHEN I COMPLAINED ABOUT NOT BEING NOTIFIED, THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT YOU WOULD THINK THEY TRY TO APOLOGIZE AND REFUND THE FEES, BUT NOPE!! SO TAKE MY ADVICE THIS CARD IS WORTHLESS ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS!!!!!!
