Ninben started its business in the Edo period. It all started in 1699 (Genroku 12) when we started selling katsuobushi (dried bonito flakes) and salt-dried products by arranging door panels. About 300 years have passed since then, and the store has changed with the times, from the Meiji, Taisho, Showa, and Heisei eras. I set it up. Since then, it has been patronized by everyone as a place where you can meet the deliciousness of real dashi. Nihonbashi, Tokyo is the origin of Ninben. For the next 350 or 400 years, we hope to pass down the pride of Japan, ``Katsuobushi (fermented food)'' to future generations, and to let people around the world know the ``deliciousness of dashi''. At the Nihonbashi main store, demonstration sales of bonito shavings and the "Nihonbashi Dashi Bar" with the concept of "one soup and one meal" are also popular.
