You will require a EPark account in order to use this application and can register for one using this app.

This App is useless, it always gives me "Invalid Hash Value" When I try to "set up card information". The database is not up to date, a lot of the zones in the downtown and whyte ave area are not found in the app. App also doesn't allow you to enter a zone number and forces you to use the map to locate your zone.

YOOOO don't use this app, just walk the extra block to pay $2 for your hour parking sesh and not $22 because you forgot to cancel your sesh ( since its your first time using it ) Their website is VERY clear that they wont refund you for making this mistake. I think its programmed this way in HOPES you forget to end your session. I have no idea how they expect to retain users at that rate but they did just profit $20 clean off me so, maybe its worth it for them?

The city is getting rid of machines and forcing you to use this app, having to download it and enter your credit card on a dark inner city street. When you enter your information initially, they tell you entering your phone number is optional, put them won't let you pay without entering a phone number, but you have to exit the payment screen and go back to your profile to enter a phone number. Then, the final and worst insult, is they force you to charge a minimum of $25 when all you need is $3.
