Single window interface for Indian Railway Mobile Applications. Currently there are multiple mobile applications by Indian Railways to cater various passenger requirements Including on board cleaning. Most of the app cater to one service. To use different services , users need to search and download each application separately. In order to provide better customer experience, there is a need for integrated application which will give a single window interface for these services.
This app integrates various apps and provide additional features and fulfills Railways commitment towards providing better services. It provides end to end solution to our esteemed passenger from planning of journey to giving their feedback after completion of journey.

Not at all convenient to use. So many limitations for buying an unreserved paperless ticket: 1. Can't buy ticket from app while at station if there is a long queue at ticket counter; 2. Can't but a connecting train's ticket while on a train; 3. In majority times, have to suffer the GPS accuracy issue. It's always a headache to try for buying an unreserved paperless ticket. So complex, got confused what the app's objective is - issuing a railway ticket or issuing passport/visa to the user.

It says, the app is comes with all features of railways needs that is in different app of railways. But need to install each app for this too. Simply wasted my data checking this. I would love if you integrate all features in a single app without needing an extension to be downloaded. "Like you can lookup for trains in enquiry (NTES function) and a book ticket option through UTS for running trains and IRCTC for next day trains. kinda something"

All service are good related to UR ticketing. The main challenging to take unreserved ticket from counter is huge line over the counter. In UR TICKET app have same issue...as because most of the station allowed paper ticket and such ticket have to take from counter or AVTM machine. All of the station have not AVTM machine so have to stay on line which is huge big. So bo use of such app for paper ticket stations. It will be really good if you allowed all station as paper less ticket. I understand you have use as control purpose. But you can develop a app that TT can check those ticket over that app for validity and accuracy.
