With Credit Suisse TWINT, you can make convenient and secure payments with your smartphone at cash registers, in online shops, at parking meters, and in linked apps (mobile shops). With Credit Suisse TWINT, you can even transfer money to friends in just a few clicks.

Store your customer loyalty cards digitally and benefit from personalized offers and vouchers. Outgoing payments are made directly from your account or credit card and received payments are credited directly to your stored account.

Credit Suisse TWINT functions:

- Send money to friends or request money from them.

Conditions for using Credit Suisse TWINT:

🇨🇭 Credit Suisse (Schweiz) AG client residing in Switzerland
🏦 Transaction account in Swiss francs
📝 Valid contract and access data for online banking
🔓 At least 12 years old
📱 Valid mobile phone number from a Swiss provider

Sending and requesting money:
1. Open Credit Suisse TWINT and select "Send and request" > "Send money" or "Request money."
2. Enter the amount and the mobile number of the relevant person and tap the "Send money" or "Request money" button.

Paying online:
1. Select TWINT as the payment method in the online shop.
2. A QR code or a five-digit numerical code will be displayed.
3. Open Credit Suisse TWINT and tap on the QR code icon.
4. Aim the camera at the QR code or enter the numerical code.
5. The amount to be debited will be displayed, and you can confirm the transaction.

Paying with a QR code at cash registers:
1. Open Credit Suisse TWINT and tap the QR code icon.
2. Aim the camera of your smartphone at the QR code shown to you.
3. The amount to be debited will be displayed, and you can confirm the transaction.

Paying at parking meters:
1. Open Credit Suisse TWINT and scan the QR code on the parking meter.
2. Now select the parking duration on your smartphone and confirm the payment.
3. The paid parking period can be canceled early at any point. You will be refunded the difference directly via Credit Suisse TWINT.

Credit Suisse TWINT will guide you intuitively through the registration process:

- Enter your current mobile phone number.
- Enter the activation code sent via text message to the mobile number you provided.
- Set a six-digit PIN (TWINT PIN) and, if desired and supported by your device, enable Fingerprint ID or Face Unlock.
- Now enter your login information for Credit Suisse online banking.
- In the next step, you will see the bank accounts (credit cards) that you can store on Credit Suisse TWINT. Select the desired account (credit card). This account (credit card) will be stored for use with all payments, as well as for sending and receiving money transfers.
- Now choose whether you wish to receive third-party offers and share your location so that Credit Suisse TWINT can notify you of exciting offers and discounts at any time.

- After the green OK screen, the payment screen shouldn't come back so soon. I recently double paid as a result (my mistake). - The default unit shouldn't be the decimal but the whole. I almost paid 100x too much a result. ~ The row height in the statement entries could be smaller so as to see more information when searching (or add a search function) . My fingers are not those of a grizzly bear.

Good app, somewhat tricky to set up but excellent support staff. Still using real people on the help line. Well done Credit Suisse Twint.

When setting up on a new phone, the application asks to scan the screen with SecureSign app... which is on the same phone. Screenshot cannot be taken to scan eg from printout, since application is protected. if you are lucky and have the old phone, you can set up. Otherwise you are screwed. Such great design.
