The Citizens Bank app is very user friendly it makes things that you'd normally go to the bank to get done, you can do wherever, and if you need help the people at my bank are always very patient and take the time to make sure my issue is resolved before hanging up. Trusting Citizens Bank with my financial needs is absolutely the best decision I ever made.
