Most of the time the app is fine. You pay your bill and it's fine. You can "set" a billing day which is nice. Just keep in mind it's NOT the exact day. You pay the day after your requested date. If you choose the 1st, it will most definitely come out midnight, the 2nd. Sucks for data pinchers. Tried to set it back a few days (you get amazing discounts on days that your device is off when you need to stretch) but now it says my usage is beyond my max and it won't reset. It's vexing.

This app has never once worked on my galaxy s23. I honestly couldn't even tell you the last time I've been able to access my account through the app and not had to use a web browser. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, and my software is up to date. I can't be the only user this is affecting and it's been going on for well over a year now at minimum I know. The app opens, and a circle spins for eternity but the dashboard/login never comes up.

The guise of better service in rural areas is as fake as CNN. Heaven forbid you leave Mississippi. As soon as you leave the service drops to less than 2g. My plan was changed 6 months without me knowing. The line, speeds may slow down after x amount of data is used is a lie. Once you hit the 25gb on the unlimited plan the service slows down so much that having no service is better.
