About this app
The Cureatr mobile app was developed in 2012 to fill information gaps in healthcare and is now part of the Cureatr Technologies platform. For customers licensing the mobile app, approved users can:
-Send secure, HIPAA-compliant messages to other users with a smartphone
-Access real-time Care Transition Notifications
-For patients within appropriate institution, view comprehensive medication histories for over 265 million patients in the United States through real-time visualization of all major PBM and retail pharmacy data for that patient, including cash payments at the pharmacy
To use this application, you must be affiliated with a Hospital, Health System, or Medical School licensing Cureatr’s app.

Worked fine for years on my Samsung phones until I had to use the app on my company-issued iPad. Then when I tried to use the phone app it won't let me log in. I logged out of the iPad and even turned it off. I uninstalled and reinstalled, even tried rebooting the phone in between. It let's me put in my login and password but when I hit the login button it gives no response whatsoever. It let me change the password from the phone but the login button is still unresponsive.

I hate this app. Do not disturb doesn't work. Like I've turned it on, it says you won't be disturbed by pages, and then I get a page notification 10 min later. Also every single page come in a new message thread. Why? It's from the same sender. It should be one message thread so I don't have a list of a million individual page messages. This app sucks.

Hi Chuck! Thank you for your feedback. In Cureatr's new version 2.26, when you mark yourself as off-duty within the application you will no longer be notified of a new pager message.

Please add the ability to view the message text on smartwatches. On my Samsung Galaxy Active 2, I just get a notification that I received a Cureatr message, but it doesn't show me the content of the message, which defeats the purpose. This is only only notification app that acts this way. edit: thank you for the clarification that it can be enabled by the institution, I will look into this.

Hello! Thank you for your feedback. This feature is currently available, but must be turned on by the institution's Admin. If you contact the Cureatr lead at your institution, he/she should be able to reach out to us to discuss. Thanks again for using Cureatr!
