Danale Cam

Device Offline or not Working?!? I have uninstalled and reinstalled, reset entire system and router on multiple occasions. This app worked for about 6 hours, and now nothing. There is no way to Contact Danale, either by Email or Phone, so no way to figure out if it's the App or my System. System is working Flawlessly, which is a 8ch Canavis Product with 1tb of HDD, 720p Res., and 8 Bullet Cameras. Please fix this bug. I can't always sit in front of the monitor to see what is going on, nor is this the point of remote viewing capabilities on security systems. Update: Connects to Camera's when it feels like it. There is no rhyme or reason behind this, or a Set Pattern that can be explained. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, etc, Reset, Restarted, my Main Device (DVR Camera System). The App continually states it is Offline or not Working. When it does decide to detect the Device to view, the View will Load, and Load, and Load and Load. Most of the time not connect to the Camera's Live View, but stay stuck at 95% Loaded. Don't even get me started about the Full Screen option. Holy Cow, If I am standing under the camera, it seems to Load, which pretty much defeats the Purpose

What happened? Crash crash crash! It was an ok app. Had it when it was Momentum about 4 years ago, updated to Danale and for a very basic system, it's been ok. BUT... what is this new update? Crash after crash. Used to be able to keep app open on screen as long as I wanted. Now it crashes after 1 minute. Time to move on to something better.

This app use to notify you on motion detection but not anymore!! What happened? Also it use to ask you for your password, not anymore. It works great but no more notication on motion. It also, keeps freezing and stopping. Sucks!! it was great, but not anymore. What's the use of having a camera if it is not recognizing motion detection. Please fix it back!!
