When you call the base you get this guy who bearly speaks english who give you no time to finish what you wanna say and either puts you on hold or hangs up the phone on you non of the cars have the options to pay with debit. And if you ask 1 of the drivers if they take debit they look at you like you just popped out a new head.

Worst cab service ever , the app never work and if you call the base they will put you on hold for 10 minutes to tell you that no cabs are available.

This app is absolutely terrible. I preferred the old one. Please fix this. If you're losing customers this might be the reason why. It doesn't work properly.
