KerForHome allows you to easily report any malfunction or anomaly to the manager of your property. You will be able to follow the management of your lifts live and be informed of all the stages of treatment by the various stakeholders.

Using the identifiers provided by your property manager, KerForHome adapts to your accommodation and the common areas of your residence.

The operation is simple: You take a photo, choose the place and then the type of lift, you add a comment if you wish and that's it!

We report the incident to your manager (developer, lessor or trustee depending on the request) for you and help them improve your quality of life.

Technical informations :
Using KerForHome requires an active internet connection, via a WiFi gateway or a mobile data subscription. In case of software problems, please send them to us for a quick correction.

General terms of use (excerpt):
KerForHome is a platform aimed at improving communication between users and the property managers concerned. Reporting an incident does not in any way bind the KerForHome application or the LeanCo company; managers and their partners remain free to determine the actions to be implemented.

Data and photographs related to incident reporting become working documents and are subject to computerized processing. The sending of text, photo and other content implies the waiver of copyright on the content sent and the acceptance that no relative compensation can be requested.

Photos and comments must respect the privacy and image rights of individuals: they must not contain, without the consent of the persons concerned, legible license plates, recognizable faces, or personal data such as a name or contact details.
LeanCo and the managers concerned by the declaration reserve the right to moderate or transfer to the competent authorities any author of a photo or comment of a racist, pornographic, violent, extremist or licentious nature or infringing privacy and/or the right to third party image.
