terrible..your app would not accept my input for the account number or the last 4 digits of my ss. When I press next; NOTHING HAPPENS. I even deleted and reloaded the app but had same problem.

Good app to have! I get an email about my bill! Then it was so useful in reporting an outage !!

Map still does not show color for active lines. Will not recognize account number
