Service is unsatisfactory. I have paid my bill by debit card but doesn't work. I had to press all long token from the recipt physically. But at beginning of using this app it was working fine, my new paid bill was updated automatically. It was auto updating balance in every night at 12 AM. Now it not even updates the balance correctly. In 5 days single time balance update I get. No graphs/data works fine. No software updates solves these issues. Service day by day is going below.

Update: I had changed my present address. Here, they provided digital prepaid meters. Right now, everthing seems to be okay. Smooth experiece, app is user-friendly also. I can give now 4⭐ || Old review: Horrible! I have an active prepaid account. But the app is showing the account is not found. I mean what kind of joke is this?

I cannot express enough disappointment with the DESCO app. It's not just bad; it's a complete disaster. From sluggish performance to payments getting stuck, using this app is like navigating through a maze of frustration. The app's speed is abysmal. It moves at a snail's pace, making even the simplest tasks feel like an eternity. Whether it's trying to pay a bill or just checking account details, be prepared to wait... and wait... and wait. In summary, DESCO app is a nightmare.
