Had to edit my review, but keep it at 5 stars. It does exactly what it's supposed to do, and does it extremely well. For years, I've played this ad free without issue. I 100% welcome the unobtrusive ad bar at the top. There's no reason the Dev team shouldn't make money. Just please promise that you won't switch over to the horrible, full screen, timed bypass ads.

Thank you very much for your 5-star review!!! I got a letter from Google with a warning that the app will be removed if the app doesn't meet Google Play's target API level requirement. So I spent several weekends just updating this old app first implemented on Android 4.4. Sorry I decided to add banner ads. This app doesn't have popup ads.

I hate to create reviews, but this is so irritating. For some reason there is a 'Reset' button at the bottom of the screen, right next to the game field. So easy to hit while trying to clear mines. In addition with a recent update, which provided an alternative way to flag mines, the main game reset at the top of the screen now asks everytime if you want to reset. There is a check box for 'Do not ask me again', but it is ineffective. Still no way to mark a box as "Suspected" with a question mark

Hello, do I understand correctly that if you mark the checkbox as checked then next time it will still asks for confirmation?

I have to apologize for my earlier review. I said that changing the number of cells (squares) changes the degree of difficulty. Wrong! I should have Read That Fine Manual. Changing the size of the cells changes the size of the board, and clearly you can have more bombs on a larger board, but there is definitely a choice of degree of difficulty at each size. I hope I didn't mislead anyone.
