App is good for most services. May I suggest adding a feature for users to report EV charging stations that are not working or faulty on the app. The call feature is fine but it would be more convenient if I had the opportunity to report in real time when I'm at a station that's not working.

Terrible, can't pay my bill for many days of trying. It's full of glitches and requests sign in every time to simply pay the bill and the website not any better. Paying a bill should be simply through a link you receive without any login and complications.

For easy login, we recommend enabling the biometrics features such as face recognition and Fingerprint. Kindly contact Customer Care Center at customercare@dewa.gov.ae if you need any assistant.

With the new update for 2024... now SamsungPay gives an error and will not pay. If you have more than one account then it does not add the totals if you select to pay them at the same time.
