DGVCL is one of the four Discoms of Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL),state-owned public undertaking of Govt. of Gujarat. It has electricity supply network of 85,582 kilometers of HT and LT lines catering to its customers through 117 Sub-divisions monitored by19 Divisional Offices.These Divisions function under 4 Circle Offices, which directly report to Corporate Office headquartered at Surat.

Unable to see previous bill history.. most of the all features in app just for beautification purpose only. Generate bill in proper pdf file with address .so at least we can use other government purposes. Send bill intimation through email. Connect account with other bank & pay way system . Far behind from other app. Needs more improvement

Worst Experience...In my login it's showing name of last owner of property... You are not able to edit profile details... You can't see your past month's unit of consumption like torrent power... After few time they work on application. Now it is quite user friendly. But still not showing past consumption as well as during mobile registration it is showing wrong user ID or user name which is not possible... Still need to work a lot on it... There should be language options too.

Dear User, sorry for the inconvenience caused. Download DGVCL latest Android App. Kindly change your password using "Forgot Password" option in App if you have already registered.

I request Playstore to add zero rating option so that everyone can reward them with that choice. They haven't even mentioned my zone office number and complaint window is getting freezed and power cut is on every Tuesday but they have the ON/OFF Switch so they turn on and off whenever they want. During summer season this feels like hell.
