Nissan have decided to turn off this App tomorrow! They blame the 2g system used by older (2016) models. But the truth is they just can't be bothered to carry on the service for vehicles 8 years old. It was an extremely slow and clunky/buggy app, but it recorded all my daily mileage, allowed me to remotely check the state of charge, and turn on the heater remotely whilst it was still plugged into the house mains. All really useful. And now a notification that I need to upgrade! Pants!

Never seems to connect to my nissan leaf. Even the car using the infotainment system doesn't want to connect to nissans system. Enjoyed the car over three years, but with no working radio, charger location updates, or anything where system needs a connection. I wouldn't recommend a nissan car.

UPD: what you mean thus app will not work starting from 22.4.2024? What shell we all use than? Service app is only for newer cars. What people should do with older cars? These types of the app is designed to be working and helpful. Nissan app is nightmare. To check your charge please wait 15 minutes, click refresh button 100 times and still nothing happens. App is very slow. NISSAN you need to invest some money in upgrading it.
