Worst experience on an app ever. My first and only use of the app was horrible. They confirmed my request for table reservations at a restaurant and then cancelled it 30 minutes before the schedule. The best part: I went to the restaurants website, called on the given number and made the reservation in less than 2 minutes. Such a lazy, incompetent and inefficient team at work. Total waste of time, effort and mobile memory. Unending the app for good.

Made a mistake of taking premium subscription. 1. None of the recommended restaurants, I tried are having any dineout tie-up. 2. App shows entirely incorrect and all outdated info. 3. Whatever restaurants I tried were not offering any dineout deals as shown on app 4. Faced this problem multiple times. So raised this issue with customer care. They were least interested and till date, I haven't heard a word back from them. Don't go for it and its premium membership. It is not worth at all.

Edit: sent an email and was called by Sumit. Made their practices sound even more shady. Reducing to one star. Original: Very iffy and misleading (preview shows low price, when you click through the dialogs, the actual price is much higher). Customer care (freshchat is the only option) is horribly late to the show - I tried once and got a reply four hours later, which they promptly closed stating I wasn't replying. All that said, when this app works, its pretty good. But only 'when it works'.
