Recently our store seems to be having problems where the selection of which type of financing they want to go on isn't working. Like selecting deferred payments or equal payments etc. That drop down menu when they press on it it just gives them an error and we then can't process the sale, and then they have to find someone else's phone who has it working. Would appreciate you fixing that or contacting Me for further Info.

Can't get a hold of them. I've been trying for 2 months to get ahold of someone via phone. Zippo. All I get is that fast, busy tone. I've also used email. Not even a confirmation of receipt! They're a weird company anyway. There is no point imo for Flexiti to even have a Customer Service dept. They pretty much don't. At. All. Update: Things have been cleared up, and I am willing to continue with them. When I finally talked to someone, they were very nice and professional.

Can't even login to the app. Not to mention my card has been activated and I can't even use it as my online account is not reflecting the option to add pre authorize payment, called in 3 days in a row to have the issue fix no one is willing to help, calls were disconnected twice no one returned my calls also reached out to them on email and still no one contacted me back.
