The app is mediocre, and I wish I didn't need to enter my password every time I made an internal transfer. I get that security is a high priority, but it's annoying when I'm on a time crunch, especially when I have biometrics set up Lowering my rating due to recent updates- it's such a hassle to log in, which I can't even do right now cause it won't respond to any touch or pop up my biometrics, regardless of how you have it set up. The app has become so buggy that it's nearly impossible to use.

Overall the app is really good and really convenient. A couple of things that I feel could be improved upon are transactions list and the having to enter password after having already entered biometrics/fingerprint for transactions. My transactions list is never in "real time" in other words when I view my transactions the list usually shows me transactions that occurred days before viewing list and nothing that has occurred the day of. DCU should offer also instant TEXT ALERTS for transactions

If I could rate this app a 0 star I would. Every time I go to log in I set up biometrics and go through the security questions after putting in my password. Every single time I go to log in again the app acts like I am on a new device and makes me go through the same set up of password and biometrics. When you don't get your security question right you then have to go on their website to reset your password to put in the same answer to your security questions you already put in on the app.
