I just tried to sign up and during registration it asked if it can access my location. I said no because I'm out of the country and don't want it to rack up data charges until I get home to turn that on. The app froze in a perpetual state of "you must grant permission..." I can't get back out of it. Horrible design. Let me complete sign up before I start using it.

Update of previous review Initially the garage would not accept my car through Dropcar. Phoned customer service, call was returned 2 days later, they rectified the problem and called me the next day to make sure the garage had accepted my car.
