The old app was wonderful and worked like clockwork every time. The new app is horribly frustrating! I have to login from scratch every time no matter what settings I apply. When I try to reorder a previous order it either times out or kicks me out. The menu drop downs bounce you up and down the screen so you are constantly scrolling around to find your choices. A huge step backwards.

New App is awful - loved the old app, simple and easy to use, never had any issues. This one is clunky, and important features don't work. Google pay fails randomly, and trying to pay with a stored credit card doesn't work, I just tap on "pay" over and over and nothing happens. It's literally impossible to pay for the items in my cart. Random error messages occur about API. It just sucks.

This app is terrible. Its been freezing up and not loading all morning. Even when it does work properly there are so many unnecessary steps and slow screens that's it takes so much time to order. This goes both for making new orders, and simply reordering something from my history. THBs old app was so much faster and easier to use that's it's the reason I get food for my family here at least once a week (usually more). If they don't fix this, I'm not going to be a THB customer anymore.
