The app works, drivers are reliable, customer service is excellent, BUT cabs are just too expensive. They used to have great loyalty program rewards, including a free ride after a certain number of points, but they gutted those rewards down to just €5 off for the same points, while prices have seemingly gone up. Not worth it, I'm switching to Bolt.

For some reason I always have to wait a lot more than the app shows, the drivers often cancel, and as a user I cant cancel even if I wait more than 20 minutes) and for cancel I have to pay a Penalties!!!! Even when drivers cancel so many times!!!!. When I tried to contact by the phone to the company no one replied.

A disaster. Has quickly become one of the worst cab services in the island. Time of arrival is estimated at one such time and drivers arrive 10 minutes after that. Cancellation comes with a hefty fine. Never compensated for the wasted time. Not worth it. Uninstalling.
