Always shows a red dot on profile but I've no idea why, nothing there is highlighted, editing credit card just let you overwrite the existing card. Started charging did nothing but starting the countdown, had to use the QR Code to start charging. Had to readd credit card there after chosen "pay with account" and readd email address too to get a invoice, no clue whata the point of logging in

Hi Foo Bar We sincerely apologize for the troubles you've had with the app. It looks like something in your profile is still missing. We'd be happy to take a look into this for you, please contact us at support@ecarup.com or +41415101718. Thank you. Best, the eCarUp Team

A normal Visa credit card sends the app into a spiral of death. Cannot add my card. Support took 3 days to come back to me and after my response with details they have yet to respond back. SwissCharge and PlugNRoll take my card without issues. Too bad because I'm returning this feedback to Suva where they have a few parking spots with their service.

App would benefit from better filters (especially for DC chargers). I haven't had the opportunity to use it yet due to the lack of chargers in Ticino and Romandie, but the pricing seems more affordable than other apps.
