I enjoy using the application and it's good, but would like it if you add other important details like name of the wallet holder, date, and so on on your wallet statements so that they can be easily verified that they are original when showing people.

The ecocash platform and this application are totally disappointing. I really don't know mayne it's now part of the core values to get clients frustated. This app is supposed to provide convenience but even using wifi or data I'm failing to get logged in, the platform is even more unbearable. If there were 0 stars I would blast that option.

I've been trying to register because i had to reinstall it and it's not automatically picking up the OTP which is being sent immediately (that being the reason had to reinstall it to begin with). This has been such an inconvenience and the Econet Customer service centre is just rubbish, call ends as you are being transferred to an agent.
