This app is completely useless. Really, don't bother. Call them with you booking number... "I don't know that, I send a taxi" But no taxi, and you get a message "booking complete"! Well, not in the slightest complete, and we were in a pretty big town (Calpe) with lots of taxis. Maybe those taxis are booked according to some sort of preference. Might get a different sim card for next trip

Please contact us at soporte@1Taxi!.es providing your job's data, we will send your opinion to the taxi company which provide the taxi service.

Poor UX. The translations are machine ones. Tried to book a taxi and it got cancelled with "for further information call X number" - why it was cancelled remains a mystery. In the end just called the number and ordered taxi old fashioned way. I have zero clue what's use for half-functioning taxi app which instead of addresses uses location of points (???) and no information on anything - order status, cars available, wait time - the basics for a taxi app. Just... stay away from this "app".

Hola Mark, muchas gracias por tu comentario. 1Taxi! es una plataforma que facilita a los usuarios la reserva de taxis, pero no presta de manera directa el servicio de transporte propiamente dicho. Si en soporte@1Taxi.es nos facilitas los datos de la reserva podemos hacer llegar tu opinión a la directiva del radiotaxi responsable del servicio.

Absolute awful app. Poorly translated and I couldn't even get past the registration as the confirmation email, which is all in Spanish even though the UX is in English, did not contain the activation link. Gmail thinks it's a phishing email so it ends up in spam and I suspect that removes the registration link. Waste of time.
