Most of the time when I try to log in i am told i have incorrect loging credentials. I have tried to reset the password but even after going through with that process I am told the new password is incorrect. I have only managed to log in two or three times in the past month. Would give the app less than one star if that was possible.

I would have given it 5 *s but my family members still can't use it to renew on their phones (theirs doesn't work like mine). It used to not work like that for me as well, and It is somewhat inconsistent, but it has worked so well for me now. I can do add ons, keep track of my usage and renew without having to go to Vodafone store. Very nice!

Lately I can't seem to be able to save my electric bill number or the gas number and only once it appeared in the next month but when I backed and tried to go pay again, it disappeared and had to manually insert, please allow me to save those numbers. For the Vodafone cash, I can't insert numbers from my clip board without it messing up, especially ones saved in contacts with +20 when choosing it from contacts. As it cuts the number in half for some reason.
