The app keeps telling me my cards are invalid. I've tried 3 different cards, all of which I KNOW have plenty of funds on them. I updated the app thinking that was the problem, but no change. It shows me the same error message. I was unable to get my crown perks for my purchase, I couldn't get the online deal I was trying to redeem by using the app, and I had to go in the store to order which was PACKED, to make it worse, my food was wrong. I ABSOLUTELY DID NOT HAVE IT MY WAY!👎

Have been trying to place an order for the past 2 days to try and take advantage of some of the deals. Once we're in the cart, the continue button just keeps swirling. I've tried everything possible to try and get this app to work. Uninstalled, clear cached, logged out then back in. Even tried to order online versus the app, same thing. The continue button just keeps swirling. This online and app need a huge upgrade to their system. everything is digital now. Get it together!

This app is pretty decent, but it really needs an option when ordering for "fast or fresh". They can market it like "maximum freshness - we'll prepare your order when you arrive" and "maximum speed - we'll prepare your order right away so it's ready when you get here". I'm so tired of ordering and then showing up 10 minutes later and I have to pull off to the side and wait 10 more minutes. I ordered ahead for a reason.
