EMS+ Retail

Can't get app to work. App worked when I first opened it, except for being able to swipe a card (never connected to card reader). So I closed the app and as soon as I did, the app crashed. Now I can't get the app to open at all, so I uninstalled. Using a Samsung Note 8.

I am just starting to setup my EMS+ merchant account and tried their service, but the app keeps crushing when I try to open it. I sent them crush report or feedback from the app built in report, so far no one responded to my report. After having issue with the EMS+ reader I have been ordered the MP200 bluetooth reader, still I am having issue connecting to my Samsung Galaxy S8+ newer phone with a current version, so what I recomend is EMS to Update the software with a working version for Android

app crashes after one use. has to be uninstalled and reinstalled every time. Not a very efficient method for running a business. This along with multiple problems since being set up with my pos system from this company has made for a terrible experience.
