I rarely write app reviews (as in never) but as a new Madrid resident, I can confidently say this app one is the only bad thing I have to say about the city. It's horrible. Rarely works, constantly crashes, sometimes does not register you returning bikes. It's a nightmare. If I could give it zero stars I would.

The new app works way better than the old one. However, more than once, I got error messages when trying to open a bike. Contacting the support inside of the app did solve the problem. A still not resolved problem is the full stations in the morning: Sometimes you can't return your bike because of the lack of free spots. What do we do when all the stations around are full? Floating return often doesn't work...

Horrible app. I've tried a million times to register but they won't send the code to my phone number. I tried with my partner's phone number since he's Spanish and I wondered if my American number was causing an issue. NOPE. They wouldn't even send the code to his number either. My tip to anyone in Madrid, find other methods of travel because this bike app is guaranteed not to work. Don't bother wasting your time like I did.
