Enphase Enlighten

Has many great features. However it's not very user friendly. Attempting to refresh stats is frustrating. Doesn't show amps. Too much fluf on screen, needs minimizing. Needs option to turn off carbon footprint display, should be a drop down instead. Terrible navigation, very difficult to get where you want to go without banging around. Keeps claiming no internet connection, yet does show the array data, which came from the internet. Stats page doesn't show stats, rather simple history info!

The app seems pretty good, but recently it changed how is shows my "consumed" data on the Energy tab. We have 2 solar systems (the old one and the new enphase one). The consumed data was a summation of my old system and my usage... now it clips itself and doesn't show when my old system is actually feeding the grid. I liked when it Did show me the whole data set for the "consumed" electric line (both above and below the zero line). Please change it back...

Unfortunately, despute checking my app weekly it did not show one of my solar panels being down for 8 months. I had all notifications enabled and monthly reports emailed to me. Nothing alerted me until the panel suddenly showed up as grey, not producing any energy. No one seems to know why and no one seems to be willing to help compensate for the months of lost energy. I like the app but now don't trust it. Customer service wasn't willing to help much, either.
