Downloaded app and all I get is a blank screen after I refuse to allow them access to my contacts, photos, music, etc. Why do they need access to my personal stuff? It looks like they haven't fixed this issue that they've had for years, judging from the old reviews. Service after the sale has sucked ever since we signed up for the product. I have never been pleased with Epos.

This app does not work at all! All I get is a white screen. We bought the EPOS system for our new store and we can get any kind of help, what so ever! Every customer service representative I've talked to has been very rude and unprofessional. When trying to enter inventory, I'm constantly getting an error message stating that an error has occurred. Try again later. Oh, and if you call customer service "after hours," they try to charge you $57!! Don't waste you time or money with this system.

They add features you don't need and that hamper work flow but make the UI prettier and ignore bugs and glitches that severely affect mobile use. The menu won't stay open when you select a categorie but not an actual link so you end up having to hit the menu button several times to navigate anywhere. They made it automatically hide the navigation buttons (the only app on my phone that does this so it's not a setting). Overall it's a terrible experience. Do not recommend. Customers service is 👍
